Aleck Ngoshani

Aleck brings over a decade of experience in operations and project management, with a background spanning banking, investment services, and capital markets infrastructure. He joins Africa Pension Fund Limited (APeF) as Operations Manager, supporting the organization’s operational systems and internal processes in line with growth and regulatory expectations.

Before APeF, Aleck served in key leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania and the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange. He also co-founded Wealthora Company Limited, where he led initiatives in digital investment platforms and advisory solutions. His work has consistently focused on enhancing service delivery, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Aleck holds an MBA from ESAMI and an Advanced Diploma in IT from the Institute of Finance Management.
